A new day in America

Finally the day we have all been waiting for. We are getting a president whose head isn’t lodged way up his own arse. We are lucky and blessed that Mr. Obama is stepping up to take on such a tough, tough job. While I don’t soon expect unicorns to adorn our national forests, I think he will take the proper steps to making us something other than cowboys talkin big. This was the first election where my vote counted to the victor. I am still sketchy about having hope but I’ll gain as there is room. Here’s to a new functional America we can ALL be not ashamed of.
